Supply Safety Management System:
Safe Working Practice will conduct an initial audit of the premises to identify Hazards and Risks. SWP will also conduct an admin audit on your existing Safety Management System and compile a report for actioning. We will discuss the report in detail and explain what the Act requires.
SWP will then supply you with a Safety Management Sytem, including Legal Appointments, Risk Assessments and Safe Work Procedures. We can also assist with Emergency Evacuation Plans.
SWP will train management and staff on how to use the Safety Management System. SWP will assist managment in setting up Safety Committees.
If required, SWP will chair the meetings. We can also assist with Toolbox Talks.
We also advise that we do monthly follow-up audits to assist management in the implementation of systems and advise on possible improvements required.
SWP will assist management in indentifying Training Requirements of Staff and source accredited service providers.
Acting as Client Agent:
